TurboPass Identity Report (IDVS)

What does the TurboPass Identity Report do?

• Validates the authenticity of the document with the respective state / country government agency​
  - Verifies the validity of the document (Drivers Licenses) up against 41 participating U.S state government agencies
  - Verifies the validity of passports up to 100 countries (Passports)
• Verifies that the individual sharing the document is the individual associated with the document​
  - Using advanced face-matching technology with our TurboAIEngine™, we compare the captured selfies to the individual’s photo on the document.​
• Verifies a provided driver’s license/passport is an actual identification document.​
  - Checking for the presence of identifiers, such as barcodes and other unique identifiers specific to identity-type documents.​
• Verifies that the individual sharing the document is a live person​
  - Using two captured selfies, our TurboAIEngine™ can determine if the captured selfie is of a live person or a capture of another photo
  

What does the TurboPass IDVS report look like?

1. Drivers License/Passport
   - Indicates if there was any issues while capturing the document during the verification process
2. Trusted Source
   - Indicates if the document provided has been successfully verified against the database of the respective state/ country government agency
3. Liveliness (If Applicable)
   - Indicates if the face scan was complete by a live person
4. Face Match (If Applicable)
   - Indicates if the face scan image matches the image on the document
5. Applicant Summary
   - The following fields is information pulled from the TurboPass data base upon creation of the invitation: Name, Phone number, Requested By (TurboPass User), Requested At
   - Device location indicates precisely where the consumer was located when they completed the IDVS invitation. (This information is subject to the consumers 'Location Sharing' settings on their cell phone. If the Location Services are off, this field will be blank) 
   - Device IP Address is pulled from the device when the IDVS invitation was completed 
   - Document Gender reflects the gender on the provided document
   - Decision Sources is the type of verifications that was completed for the consumer
6. Decision
   - The outcome that was concluded by IDVS
   - There are several different reason codes that may appear based on the outcome of invitation
   - If the document is concluded to be falsified it will reflect in this field
7. Document Images
   - Captured images (taken by the consumer) of the documents provided

The TurboPass Identity Report is capable of validating a document U.S Drivers Licenses up against 41 participating U.S state government agencies.

It is important to note that even if our system does not have direct access to government agency information, our document scan has the ability to still detect fraudulent or altered documents.
