How to bypass issues with duplicate TurboPass invitations

 

Make sure you know...

TurboPass invitations (Excluding Identity) do NOT expire. If a customer has a TurboPass invitation that has not yet fully been completed, our system will prevent and/or discourage the creation of another invitation of the same report type and contact information.

If the contact information or report type need to be changed, sending another TurboPass will NOT be considered as a duplicate invite because the information is different.

 

Duplicates through Dashboard:

Selecting the 'Send New TurboPass' allows you to send another invitation without putting in the customers information again.

If you select a report type that has already been sent to the customer, if the invitation is NOT completed, a message will indicate an alternative of sending a remind as seen below

Because the link is still available to complete, our system will suggest you send a reminder to not confuse the customer with multiple invitations of the same report type.

If you need to send a customer several report types to verify several accounts, sending a duplicate invite is necessary. Just make sure to notify the customer.
